IMAGINE A COMPUTER GAME IN REAL LIFE
A/Maze is a real-life room escape game that offers unique and immersive adventures. Our games are a great way to test your problem-solving skills and teamwork. It allows you to experience a situation you will never encounter in real life. Imagine escaping from a 1987 Prison with metal cell bars, a solitary room and evidence board, or the secret lab of a scientific genius who went crazy and decided to destroy the world. Sounds like a movie scene? It’s as real as it can get.
Each scenario exists in its own reality. You have to find clues, crack codes, solve puzzles and most importantly – work as a team in order to pass all the challenges. False clues and misleading trails and deadlocks will consume your time and test your patience -everything has its consequences. The game time is limited, so there is no time to fool around – the countdown begins as soon as you enter the room.
Don’t you want to shout “Veni, Vidi, Vici”?
Prove your worthiness – and don’t forget to escape before it is too late.

Had a fantastic time!

We did the laboratory which was well decorated and super fun. We used the 2 free clues very selectively but they were super important. Very enjoyable! Would definitely recommend.

I choose A/Maze as a group activity with my friends to have a friendly competition between the guys and the girls(Girls won!). We did the Lab, the hardest one, the person giving the briefing was fun and made the experience even better. Actually the whole staff was on point!

Our activities are for all ages; however some elements might be more challenging for players under the age of 13. Therefore we ask for at least one adult participant to be among a younger group.
A/Maze Hochelaga
Our A/Maze Hochelaga location is targeted at a slightly more mature audience because of the scarier nature of the games. We therefore recommend these games to players aged 18 and over, and that players aged 18 and under be accompanied by a participating adult.

A/Maze West Island is located in the CF Fairview Pointe-Claire shopping center and features a partially accessible escape room: Frankenstein’s Monster. Click here to learn more about the location accessibility features.
A/Maze Plateau is located on the second floor, all games can be played in a wheelchair. However, there is no elevator to access the second floor. Please note that the game “Psychiatric Asylum” is harder for hearing-impaired people as players can’t see each other due to a room divider, and that the game “Secret Order” has a ladder to climb.
A/Maze Atwater is located in an old industrial building, and there are 4 steps to access the games. If this is not a major obstacle, we recommend trying “Prison Break”, “Lost Temple”, and “Military Facility”. The outdoor game “Secret of the Lachine Canal” is wheelchair accessible, although it requires over 1km of travel.
A/Maze Old Port is also located in an old industrial building and there are 4 steps to enter the building. The escape room “Tesla’s Enigmas” is not wheelchair accessible. The outdoor game “Secrets of a Shipping Empire” is wheelchair accessible, but it requires over 1km of travel.
A/Maze Hochelaga has one step required to enter the building. The games are not wheelchair accessible.
No excessive force or special skills are needed in our escape rooms. You will never be asked to climb or strongly pull anything.
Our games are generally more exciting and thrilling than scary! However, “Mind Game” at A/Maze Atwater and all games at A/Maze Hochelaga are not recommended for those under 18 due to their themes.
A/Maze Hochelaga caters to a more mature audience and is our only fully scary location, featuring darker themes and jumpscares. However, for each game, you have the option to choose between Scary or Not Scary.
Our A/Maze West Island is situated inside the CF Fairview shopping mall with plenty of free parking around.
Unfortunately, A/Maze Atwater, A/Maze Old Port, A/Maze Hochelaga and A/Maze Plateau do not have a parking lot, but you may park on the streets surrounding A/Maze.
Dogs are not allowed inside the locations and escape rooms, except for service dogs.
You are welcome to bring your dog for our outdoor escape games (The Secret of the Lachine Canal at A/Maze Atwater and The Secrets of a Shipping Empire at A/Maze Old Port) as these games take place outside.
