FAQ ABOUT GIFT CARDS

  • No, the gift cards don’t have an expiration date.

  • Yes, it’s always better to make a reservation beforehand to ensure you get the scenario and time slot you prefer. Walk-ins are welcome but availability is not guaranteed.

  • Make an online reservation. At checkout, enter your unique code in the “Have a Promo? Enter Promo or Gift Code“ box and click “Add“ to use your gift card. Complete the final steps and you’re all set!

  • If you prepaid for your reservation, your payment will be refunded when you present your gift card on location.

  • Please note that, as of June 2023, we have a new gift cards system. If your gift card was purchased prior to June 2023, simply pay for the reservation with a credit card and once on-site, present your gift card to the Game Master and they will proceed to the refund.

    If you purchased your gift card at Art Chaos, Memento Brewery or Rage Axe Throwing, please contact our communications team before making your reservation to ensure your unique code is valid.

  • Yes, our gift cards are interchangeable between A\Maze, Memento! Brewery, Art Chaos, and Rage Axe Throwing. However, since each business has its own booking system, your gift card might not work directly online. To use your gift card at a different experience, please contact our communications team at escape@amazemontreal.com or 514-504-2139. We’ll handle the transfer so you can enjoy your experience!
