DO THE GIFT CARDS EXPIRE?
No, the gift cards don’t have an expiration date.
DO WE NEED TO MAKE A RESERVATION TO USE A GIFT CARD?
Yes, it is always best to make a reservation beforehand to ensure you get the scenario and time slot you prefer. Walk-ins are available but availability is not guaranteed.
HOW DO I REDEEM THE GIFT CARD?
Make an online reservation. At checkout, enter your unique Code in the “Have a Promo? Enter Promo or Gift Code” box and click “Add” to use your gift card. Complete the final steps and you’re all set!
WHAT HAPPENS IF I BOOKED WITHOUT USING MY GIFT CARD?
If you prepaid for your reservation, your payment will be refunded when you present your gift card on location.
I TRIED TO REDEEM MY CARD WHEN BOOKING ONLINE BUT IT DIDN'T WORK
Please note that, as of June 2023, we have a new gift cards system. If your gift card was purchased prior to June 2023, simply pay for the reservation with a credit card and once at our location before your game, present your gift card to the Game Master and they will proceed to the refund.
Can I get a physical gift card instead of an electronic one?
Physical gift cards can be purchased in person at our locations or online and we will ship it. Make sure to select “Physical Gift Card”.
